ORDER AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION. The permanent injunction set forth in this paragraph (1) shall be stayed pending appeal. Within 30 days after all appeals being exhausted, the
parties shall file a joint status report regarding the appropriate disposition of the escrow funds. The Court shall retain jurisdiction to hold proceedings and to enter further orders
