ORDER Setting Further Consolidated Rule 26(f) Scheduling Conference by Judge A. Howard Matz. If Plaintiff has not already served the complaint (or any amendment thereto) on all defendants, Plaintiff shall promptly do so and shall file proof of service within three days thereafter.
