ORDER by Judge Christina A. Snyder re MOTION to Stay Case pending transfer decision by Judicial Panel on MDL[21]. ORDER STAYING ALL PROCEEDINGS AND FOR PRESERVATION OF EVIDENCE by Judge Christina A. Snyder, including the deadlines for the parties to participate in class certification and other pretrial proceedings pending the decision by the Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation on pending motions to transfer and coordinate/consolidate pending actions. Counsel shall file a joint status report within 48 hours of such decision by the MDL Panel or within 30 days herof, whichever is sooner.
