Richard Seeborg Courtroom 3 -1WEST\222261219.1 STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO EXTEND TIME CASE NO. 3:10-CV-01811 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 DLA PIPER LLP (US) Pursuant to Local Rule 6-1 of the Northern District of California, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by Plaintiffs and defendant Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC ("SCEA"), by and through their attorneys of record, as follows: The parties formerly stipulated and the Court entered an Order providing that SCEA would file a response to Plaintiffs' Consolidated Class Action Complaint (the "Complaint") on or before thirty days after the filing and service of the Complaint. See Docket #64. Plaintiffs filed their Complaint on July 30, 2010. See Docket #76. Accordingly, as a result of the parties' stipulation, SCEA's deadline to respond to the Complaint is currently August 29, 2010. To provide SCEA with additional time in which to respond to the Consolidated Class Action Complaint, the parties have stipulated to extend SCEA's deadline to respond to September 10, 2010. Since certain of Plaintiffs' co-lead counsel will be on vacation at the time SCEA files its response, Plaintiffs shall have 30 days to file opposition briefs should SCEA file any dispositive motions or a motion to strike and the parties shall meet and confer as to a hearing date.
