ORDER granting 2 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The Temporary Restraining Order currently in place in this case is converted to a preliminary injunction. Quiznos will maintain the status quo that existed before the terminations of Plaintiffs franchise rights pending a trial on the merits of Plaintiffs claims. In this regard, Quiznos will stay enforcement of Plaintiffs terminations and will not take any action, without court approval, to change that status quo ante or otherwise prevent the ongoing operation of the stores.
