The Clerk shall retain the record in this case until the Court orders otherwise. Google's motion for an extension of time to answer or otherwise plead 52 is also granted. If this case proceeds in this district, the Court will set a date for Google to file its responsive pleading. If the case proceeds in California, Google shall file its responsive pleading twenty days after the transfer-in order is entered on the docket unless the California Court orders otherwise.
