SCHEDULING ORDER re: 24 Proposed Discovery Plan/Scheduling Order. IT IS ORDERED that the Stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order 24 is granted,with the following modifications. If the Courts ruling on the pending Motion to Dismiss 20 does not dispose of the case in its entirety, a 270 day period of discovery will automatically commence upon the date of the Courts ruling on the Motion to Dismiss, without further court order. The parties shall have 60 days following the designation of expert witnesses in which to designate rebuttal experts.
