Chin dated 12/12/2006 re: plaintiffs request a conference with the Court to discuss whether or not plaintiffs must still engage their experts to analyze defendant Brian Transeau's re-creation, and subsequent fast fourier transform analysis, of Aparthenonia. ENDORSEMENT: Application Denied. Plaintiffs may but need not necessarily engage their experts.
