It is ordered that Defendant First Funds is severed from 6:05cv424 and added as a defendant in 6:06cv82; AdvanceMe is granted leave of court to amend its complaint in 6:06cv82 to add a claim against First Funds; First Funds shall produce to AdvanceMe all relevant documents in the two cases; AdvanceMe may obtain additional discovery against First Funds and third parties; AdvanceMe is permitted to supplement its infringement contentions and expert reports after follow-up discovery; parties are to assess deadlines for additional discovery outlined in this Order and submit an amended Docket Control Order by 8/1/07.
