Present on behalf of the plaintiffs were Donald Schultz, Kenneth Brothers and Jeffrey Sherwood. Steve Noona and David Perlson were present on behalf of the defendants. Mr. Sherwood argued the motion for sanctions and Mr. Perlson responded. The Court made rulings on the record. The motion was DENIED. The parties then moved on to the motion to compel.
