(DAY #1) Jury Trial Begun and Voir Dire held on 10/16/12 before District Judge Raymond A. Jackson. Attorneys Kenneth Brothers, Jeffrey Sherwood, W. Witnesses sequestered. Opening statements of counsel heard.
