This matter is before the court on the parties’ stipulation regarding
appropriate fees and costs in which the parties agree that the appellee is entitled
to fees and costs under 42 U.S.C. § 1988.
Upon consideration thereof, the matter is remanded to the district court for
a determination of the amount due to the appellee under § 1988.
