On August 24, 2011, certain appellants and the appellees filed a stipulation of dismissal
with prejudice. On August 29, 2011, appellant the Football Association filed a letter that the
stipulation was improper, pursuant to F.R.A.P. 42 and Fed. R. Civ. Pro. 41(a). IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that all other parties must file comments on the projected dismissal that is the
subject of the stipulation on or before close of business on September 9, 2011.
