Dear Ms. Wolfe:
Enclosed please find a Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice among appellees YouTube,
Inc., YouTube LLC, and Google, Inc. and appellants The Music Force Media Group, The Music
Force LLC, and Sin-Drome Records, Ltd. These appellants request dismissal in addition to the
five other appellants (National Music Publishers Association, Edward B. Marks Music
Company, Freddy Bienstock Music Company, Alley Music Corporation, and The Rodgers &
Hammerstein Organization) who previously filed a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice on
August 24, 2011. These requested dismissals do not affect the oral argument set for October 18,
2011, as there remain eight other appellants in this appeal who are not parties to these dismissals.
Respectfully submitted,
