Appellants Cherry Lane Music Publishing Company, Inc. and Stage Three
Music (US), Inc. (the "Withdrawing Appellants") and appellees YouTube, Inc.,
YouTube LLC, and Google Inc., pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 42(b), hereby
stipulate to the voluntary dismissal of the Withdrawing Appellants' appeal of the
final judgment issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District
of New York in the matter of The Football Association Premier League Ltd.,
et al. v. YouTube, Inc. et al., Case No. 07 Civ. 3582 (LLS) WITH PREJUDICE,
with each party to bear its own costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees with respect to
the dismissed appeal.
