Re:
The Football Ass’n Premier League, et al. v. YouTube, Inc., et al. No. 10-3342 cv
Dear Ms. Wolfe:
Pursuant to the telephonic discussion with the clerk’s office today, YouTube, Inc.,
YouTube LLC, and Google Inc. (“Appellees”) are informed that the Non-Dispositive Stipulation
filed on April 18, 2012, Docket Item 470, is not necessary due to the April 5, 2012 Order
providing for remand to the District Court, and that a stipulation of dismissal should instead be
filed in District Court. The Appellees, Cherry Lane Music Publishing Company, Inc. and Stage
Three Music (US), Inc. will therefore withdraw Docket Item 470 and file the stipulated dismissal
in the District Court following remand.
Respectfully submitted,
WILSON SONSINI GOODRICH & ROSATI
