This firm represents Defendants/Appellants Gagosian Gallery, Inc. and Lawrence Gagosian
("Gagosian"). We write on behalf of our clients to notify the Court that Defendant/Appellant Richard
Prince’s Motion for Extension of Time to File Reply Brief (the "Motion"), requesting an extension from
February 8, 2012 until February 22, 2012, should have been filed jointly on behalf of Richard Prince
and Gagosian, but was not, due to an inadvertent error by counsel for Richard Prince. While the
papers filed in support of the Motion refer to "Appellants," the Motion Information Statement only
references Appellant Richard Prince. As the Appeal was originally filed jointly on behalf of Richard
Prince and Gagosian, we respectfully request that the Court issue an Order indicating that the
extension granted by the Court earlier today also applies to Gagosian.
