MOTION TO STAY DISTRICT COURT PROCEEDINGS PENDING
APPEAL OF CLASS CERTIFICATION ORDER
Plaintiffs-Appellees file this response to Google’s stay motion. PlaintiffsAppellees do not oppose a stay of the district court proceedings pending resolution
of this appeal, and agree that a stay in the present circumstances will promote the
orderly disposition of this case. Plaintiffs-Appellees disagree strongly, however,
with Google's arguments opposing the class, and believe that upon appellate
review the district court’s class certification order will be affirmed.  So as not to
burden the Court with a point-by-point recitation of counter-arguments, PlaintiffsAppellees incorporate by reference Plaintiffs’ Answer in Opposition to

Defendant’s Petition for Permission to Appeal Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil
Procedure 23(f), filed on June 27, 2012.
