BRIEF
Movants Amici Curiae reply to the opposition that Appellees filed simply to
point out the following. The Appellees have just requested a briefing deadline of
February 8, 2013, pursuant to Second Circuit Local Rule 31.2(a)(1)(B), and they
have ample time to take into account the proposed brief of Amici Curiae if the
Amici gain permission to file their brief on November 30, 2012. In addition, while
Appellees’ counsel states that counsel for the Appellants are well equipped to
present the issues before the Court, the Amici Curiae wish to make broader points
about important issues that extend beyond the particular parties in this case. The
Amici Curiae believe they may contribute a useful perspective that does not
reiterate Google’s points.
