I, Michael Stein, state the following:
1. I am a Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, and am the Executive Director
of Harvard Law School Project on Disability.
2. I am submitting an application to the Second Circuit for admission pro hac vice.
3. I put forth this motion because I intend to file an amicus brief in the above case in support
of intervenor National Federation of the Blind.
4. I have no plans and do not intend to practice frequently in the Second Circuit.
5. I am a member of the New York State Unified Court System.
