ORDER
In accordance with the parties' agreement as set forth in the motion to expedite, briefing for this a p p e a l shall proceed as follows: P etitio n er's brief and appendix shall be filed and served within 30 days of the date of Court's O rd e r granting the motion to expedite; R esp o n d en t's brief shall be filed and served within 30 days of the date of service of Petitioner's b rie f and appendix; Petitioner's reply brief, if necessary, shall be filed and served within 14 days of the date of s e rv ic e of Respondent's brief. T h e appeal will be listed for disposition before the next available merits panel at the conclusion o f briefing. No extensions of time will be granted absent truly exigent circumstances.
