The document does not comply with the following Court requirement(s) for electronic filing: The content of the brief is noncompliant as it lacks the following: signatures on brief of both Respondent's counsel in case. The party(ies) must file electronic and hard copies (original + 9 copies) of Addendum containing the missing content. Counsel or the party(ies) must correct the above listed deficiencies by 01/27/2009. No action will be taken on the document until these deficiencies are corrected. Pursuant to 3rd Cir. LAR Misc. 107.3 and 3rd Cir. LAR Misc. 113, if a party fails to comply with the electronic filing requirements, despite notice by the Clerk, the Court may, in its discretion, impose sanctions as it deems appropriate.
