ORDER
The Court has received an electronic Reply Brief with Addendum attached from Appellant AT&T. The document does not comply with the following Court requirement(s) for electronic filing: The form of the brief is noncompliant in that the hard copy briefs are covered incorrectly in yellow card stock. The party(ies) must send to the Court corrected color covers (Grey) to replace the incorrect color covers. Counsel or the party(ies) must correct the above listed deficiencies by 02/05/2009. No action will be taken on the document until these deficiencies are corrected. Pursuant to 3rd Cir. LAR Misc. 107.3 and 3rd Cir. LAR Misc. 113, if a party fails to comply with the electronic filing requirements, despite notice by the Clerk, the Court may, in its discretion, impose sanctions as it deems appropriate.
