Lanza v. Attorney General (A 074 374 788) ORDER The above-captioned petition for review was filed on June 30, 2010. Petitioner seeks review of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) Asylum Division's decision denying Petitioner's request for a reasonable fear re-interview and of the previous Immigration Judge's decision. The parties are hereby ORDERED to address whether this Court has authority over the petition. See 8 U.S.C. § 1252. It is noted that Petitioner's counsel has already addressed this Court's jurisdiction in the motion for stay of removal filed in this Court. The government should address this Court's jurisdiction in its response to the motion for stay.
