The above-captioned petition for review was filed on April 7, 2011. Petitioner
seeks review of an Immigration Judge’s removal order issued on July 21, 2009. The
parties are hereby ORDERED to address this Court’s authority over the petition. See 8
U.S.C. § 1252(b)(1) (petition for review must be filed not later than 30 days after date of
final order of removal); 8 U.S.C. § 1252(d)(1) (review of final orders of removal only
after exhaustion of all administrative remedies available as of right). Written responses
must be filed and served within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order.
