PER CURIAM: Kathlene Grenada, petitions Julia for Telesford, review of a an native order and of citizen Board of of
Immigration Appeals (Board) adopting and affirming the Immigration Judge's denial of adjustment of status. We have reviewed the
record and the Board's order and affirm the denial of relief for the reasons stated by the Board. A77-561-439 (B.I.A. Oct. 12, 2005). We accordingly deny the petition for review. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. See In Re: Telesford, No.
