PER CURIAM: Mosab Hoidink El Bey appealed the district court's orders granting summary judgment to Celebration Station and dismissing El Bey's civil action against defendant without prejudice for failure to serve. El Bey's complaint alleged violations of 42 U.S.C. We §§ 1983 and 1985 (2000) and 18 U.S.C. §§ 241 and 242 (2000). have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.
