PER CURIAM: Theodore Justice appeals the district court's order
accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and dismissing his § 42 U.S.C. § 1983 We (2000) complaint the under 28 and U.S.C. find no
reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Justice v. Pope, No. 5:07-cv-00251-FL
(E.D.N.C. July 2, 2007).
