PER CURIAM: George Henson, Jr., appeals the district court's orders denying his application to proceed in forma pauperis and dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. and find no reversible error. We have reviewed the record Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Henson v. Dillman, No. 3:07cv-00694-REP (E.D. Va. Nov. 23, 2007; Jan. 30, 2008).
