Russell, appeals the district court's order dismissing this action alleging negligence and breach of fiduciary duty. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm Russell v. Gennari, We dispense for the reasons stated by the district court. No. 1:07-cv-00793-GBL-BRP (E.D. Va. Nov. 8, 2007). with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED -3-
