Zani seeks to appeal the district court's order Court transferring for the his action to the of United Texas. States This District may Northern District court exercise jurisdiction only over final orders, 28 U.S.C. 1291 (2006), and certain interlocutory and collateral orders, 28 U.S.C. 1292 (2006); Fed. R. (4th Cir. 1986) See Gower v. Lehman, 799 F.2d 925, 927 that transfers under 28 U.S.C. (noting 1404(a), 1406(b) (2006) are interlocutory and therefore not appealable).
