Dockets.Justia.com Case: 09-7895 Document: 14 Date Filed: 03/04/2011 Page: 2 PER CURIAM: Stoney William Ault appeals district court's order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (2006) petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, Ault v. we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Waid, No. 2:07-cv-00088-REM-JSK (N.D. W. Va. Sept. 16, 2009). We also deny Ault's motion to seal the record on appeal. Rule 25(c)(2). Local We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
