O’Quinn, 612 F.3d 237 (4th Cir. 2010). He seeks an order from this court Our review of district directing the BOP to comply with Torres. court records confirms that the BOP is now in compliance with Torres. forma Accordingly, pauperis, dispense with we oral although deny the argument we grant mandamus because leave to proceed in petition as moot.
