We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated Robinson v. Virginia Parole Bd., No. We deny all of oral argument by the district court. 2:10-cv-00140-MSD-FBS (E.D. Va. April 7, 2010). Robinson's pending motions and dispense with because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
