We have Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Jones v. McCall, No. 1:09-cv-00951-TLW (D.S.C. Sept. 21, 2010). We deny Jones’ motions to appoint counsel and to supplement the motion to appoint counsel. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
