Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. 2 Appeal: 10-7703 Document: 26 Date Filed: 07/05/2011 Page: 3 of 3 PER CURIAM: Larry E. Patterson appeals the district court’s order denying his motion for relief judgment, filed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b). On appeal, we confine our review to the issues raised in the Appellant’s brief. See 4th Cir. R. 34(b). Because Patterson’s informal brief does not challenge the basis for the district court’s disposition, Patterson has forfeited appellate review of the court’s order. the district court’s judgment. Accordingly, we affirm We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
