We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Thompson v. Wade, No. 2:10-cv-00174-RBS-TEM (E.D. Va. Jan. 18, 2011). We deny Thompson’s motion for a declaratory judgment and for a preliminary and a permanent injunction. dispense with oral argument because the facts and We legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 3
