Appeal: 11-6405 Document: 11 Date Filed: 08/02/2011 Page: 2 of 2 PER CURIAM: Michael Robert Featherstun appeals the district court’s order denying his Motion to Request Grand Jury Minutes. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Featherstun, No. 1:05-cr-00021-JCC-3 (E.D. Va. filed Mar. 10, 2011, and entered Mar. 11, 2011). We deny we Featherstun’s dispense with motion oral for argument appointment because the of counsel facts and and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
