We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. United States v. Howell, No. 4:08-cr-00041-BO-1 See (E.D.N.C. Sept. 4, 2012); cf. Lo v. We dispense contentions with are oral argument adequately because presented in the facts and the materials legal before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
