Appeal: 15-1498 Doc: 9 Filed: 06/05/2015 Pg: 2 of 2 PER CURIAM: Vicente Bilora Mbenga petitions for a writ of mandamus, alleging the district court has unduly delayed acting on his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (2012) motion. He seeks an order from this court directing the district court to act. Our review of the district court’s docket reveals that the district court denied Mbenga’s motion on May 22, 2015. has recently decided Accordingly, because the district court Mbenga’s case, we deny the mandamus petition as moot. We grant leave to proceed in forma pauperis. We oral dispense contentions with are argument adequately because presented in the facts and the materials legal before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
