Harris, 401 U.S. 37 (1971). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Davis v. Morris, No. 3:15-cv-00080-RJC-DSC (W.D.N.C. Mar. 3, 2015). We dispense contentions with are oral argument adequately because presented in the facts and the materials legal before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
