Brown confines her appeal to the district court’s of dismissal her action based on improper venue. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error in that ruling. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Brown v. Panther II Transp., Inc., No. 2:16-cv-00158-RAJ-DEM (E.D. Va. Oct. 3, 2016). We dispense with oral contentions argument adequately because presented in the the facts and materials legal before this court are and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
