Alfred appeals from the district court’s order granting his 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) (2012) motion. * reviewed the record and find no reversible error. we affirm the district court’s order. We have Accordingly, United States v. Alfred, No. 3:03-cr-00017-GCM-1 (W.D.N.C. Dec. 16, 2015). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED * Although the district court granted Alfred’s § 3582(c)(2) motion, the reduction granted by the court did not reduce Alfred’s sentence to the full extent he requested. 2
