Andre Juste, Appellant Pro Se. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. Appeal: 17-1375 Doc: 8 Filed: 07/31/2017 Pg: 2 of 2 PER CURIAM: Andre Juste appeals the district court’s order dismissing his civil action for failure to prosecute. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, although we grant leave to proceed in forma pauperis, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Juste v. Resident Agency, No. 3:14-cv-00130-JPB-RWT (N.D.W. Va. Jan. 31, 2017). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
