Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. 2 Appeal: 17-1512 Doc: 14 Filed: 10/23/2017 Pg: 3 of 3 PER CURIAM: Thomas Garcia Singleton appeals the district court’s order dismissing without prejudice his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2012) action under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b) for failure to comply with a court order. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Singleton v. Emran, No. 3:15-cv-00200-HEH-RCY (E.D. Va. Feb. 28, 2017). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 3
