Appeal: 17-1546 Doc: 35 Filed: 09/28/2017 Pg: 2 of 2 PER CURIAM: Robert Howard appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment to his former employer and denying several discovery motions. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Howard v. Coll. of the Albemarle, No. 2:15-cv-00039-D (E.D.N.C Mar. 27, 2017). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
