Companies. In support of this motion, Mr. Lewis states as follows:

I, John T. Lewis, previously entered an appearance in this matter as
an attorney at Mayer Brown LLP on behalf of amici curiae..
2.
I have accepted another position and will be resigning from Mayer
Brown LLP on March 23, 2018. Accordingly, I will not be able to continue representing amici curiae in this matter.
3.
Attorneys Andrew J. Pincus and Paul W. Hughes have entered ap-
pearances in this matter and will continue representing amici curiae in this matter.
4.
Accordingly, I respectfully request that the Court withdraw my ap-
pearance as counsel in this matter.
