PER CURIAM:* Derek Bernstine, Louisiana prisoner # 416283, appeals the dismissal of his civil rights suit filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 as frivolous and for failure to state a claim under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e). Bernstine argues that his due process rights were violated when he was found guilty by a disciplinary board but later exonerated. These allegations, however, fail to state a claim for a due process violation and are frivolous because the punishment he received was not atypical and did not Pursuant to 5TH CIR.
