PER CURIAM:* Sidney Wade Little appeals from his sentence following his guilty-plea conviction for knowingly and intentionally possessing pseudoephedrine with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine. He argues that the district court erred by failing to award him a safety-valve adjustment pursuant to U.S.S.G. 5C1.2. The district court did not err in determining that 5C1.2 was not applicable to Little's sentence. 404 F.3d 355, 359 (5th Cir. 2005). See United States v. Villegas, Pursuant to 5TH CIR.
