P E R CURIAM:* G e o r g e Vlasios Kontos appeals the district court's grant of default ju d g m e n t in favor of plaintiff Thanco Products & Imports, Inc. ("Thanco") in this t r a d e m a r k infringement case. Kontos, who was represented by counsel in the d is t r ic t court but who appeals pro se, alleges various errors in the district court's d is p o s it io n of the case. We have reviewed the record and the parties' arguments, a n d we find no error in entering default judgment under the circumstances of t h is case. Accordingly, the judgment of the district court is AFFIRMED.
